For Employers

As an employer, staff of the Office of Immigration can assist you to support foreign nationals for permanent residency if you cannot find employees in the local labour market to fill permanent labour shortages and skill gaps for your business.

Support a Worker for Immigration – Workforce Category

PEI Employers may also apply to become Designated Employers under the PEI Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). If you meet program criteria, you may then Endorse your current or potential employees so they can work in PEI and apply to become Permanent Residents.
